ROUND ROBIN GENIE / PRIVACY
Privacy notice
Last updated: 18 October 2026.
Round Robin Genie Ltd is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, email info@round-robin-genie.com.
Information we use
When you visit, the site and its hosting systems process technical details needed to deliver and protect the page, such as your IP address, browser information, requested page and time of access. If you email us, we receive your email address and message. Authorised editors who sign in use a Drupal account and session cookie.
The guided round-robin setup currently shown as a preview keeps what you type in that browser tab. It does not submit or save a round robin. The Genie guide may remember in that tab that you have seen its introduction. We do not currently use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Why we use it
We use technical data to deliver the website, keep it secure and investigate errors. We use messages to answer enquiries and privacy requests. These activities are based on our legitimate interests in operating the site and responding to people who contact us. Where a legal obligation applies, we process the information needed to meet it.
Who handles it
IONOS provides our business email and planned website hosting. Messages sent to info@round-robin-genie.com are forwarded to a Gmail inbox provided by Google. These providers process information under their own service and data protection terms. We do not sell visitor information. Access is limited to people who need it to operate the service or answer your enquiry.
How long we keep it
We keep technical records only for as long as needed for site operation, security and troubleshooting, then delete or rotate them under the hosting configuration. We keep enquiry messages while handling the request and for a reasonable follow-up period, unless a legal obligation requires longer. Editor accounts remain while access is needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you, and object to or restrict some uses. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. Email info@round-robin-genie.com to make a request. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.
We will update this notice before introducing public member accounts or other features that use more personal information.
